Who: owners of 3000GT, Stealth, Eclipse, Talon, Laser, Galant VR4, Starion, Conquest, Mirage Turbo, and Colt Turbo.

What:  A cookout and car show for all Mitsubishi made sport cars. 

Where: At Staring Lake Park in Eden Praire.  Check out http://www.ci.eden-prairie.mn.us/parkbig.htm for a map of Eden Praire.  The gathering will be where the Staring Lake Park Shelter is located on the map.  In other words, the south side of the lake.

When: Saturday, August 28th at 11am to 4pm.

Why: Because I love Mitsubishi sports cars and it gives all the DSM and 3/S owners a chance to get together

The activities include grilling brats and hamburgers, playing volleyball and other sports.  We will also be voting on best of show DSM, best of show 3/S, best modified DSM, best modified 3/S, best other, and best other modified.  I'm not sure what prizes will be yet.  Each owner will need to pay $7 for the food and prizes.  If you bring two cars or a significant other, you don't need to pay more than $7.  If you would like to attend or have questions, e-mail me at cgendron@gateway.net

I need a couple of volunteers to bring grills and charcoal and some cooking skills, because I have none of the above.  :)   I will update this page as new developments occur.  Below is the list of who is coming.

7/23/99 - A park has been chosen for the event.  Its the Staring Lake park in Eden Praire.  See above for details.

7/26/99- After doing some initial calculations, I decided to raise the price to $7.  But this guarantees that you won't go home hungry. :)
